Un servicio exclusivo para adultos
Simluv es una app de citas de DALZY - FZCO para personas de 18 años o más. Las personas menores de edad no pueden crear perfiles ni participar en las presentaciones o conversaciones. No se permite utilizar el servicio para dirigirse a menores.
Prohibición de explotación y abuso sexual infantil
Se prohíben la explotación y el abuso sexual infantil, el material de abuso sexual infantil (CSAM), la captación o manipulación sexual de menores (grooming), la sextorsión y cualquier contenido, conducta o enlace que los facilite, promueva o solicite. También se prohíbe solicitar o compartir imágenes sexuales de menores, reales o simuladas.
Cómo avisarnos
Desde un perfil o conversación utiliza Reportar perfil y selecciona «Posible menor de edad», «Fotografías ilegales» u otro motivo adecuado. Puedes bloquear a la persona desde la app. Para avisos de seguridad infantil, escribe a dalas.manager@gmail.com e indica «Seguridad infantil - Simluv», el identificador o contexto disponible y el motivo. No adjuntes ni redistribuyas material ilegal.
Actuación y contacto
Los avisos se revisan para restringir o retirar perfiles y contenido que incumplan estas normas. Cuando se identifica material de abuso sexual infantil, se retira o deshabilita su acceso y se realiza la comunicación a la autoridad regional competente conforme a las obligaciones legales aplicables. An adults-only service
Simluv is a dating app operated by DALZY - FZCO for people aged 18 and over. Minors may not create profiles or participate in introductions or conversations. The service must not be used to target minors.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited
Child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and any content, conduct or links that facilitate, promote or solicit them are prohibited. Requesting or sharing sexual images of minors, whether real or simulated, is also prohibited.
How to report a concern
From a profile or conversation, use Report profile and select “Possibly underage”, “Illegal photos” or another appropriate reason. You can also block that person in the app. For child safety concerns, contact dalas.manager@gmail.com with the subject “Child safety - Simluv”, the available identifier or context, and the reason. Do not attach or redistribute illegal material.
Response and contact
Reports are reviewed to restrict or remove profiles and content that violate these standards. When CSAM is identified, it is removed or access is disabled, and the appropriate regional authority is notified in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
